Senior Hurling Victory

On Friday the 10th of November, our Senior Hurlers began their Munster Championship campaign on a blustery afternoon in Fethard Town Park. Playing against the wind in the first half, our boys got out of the blocks quick, putting us in a commanding half time lead. The pick of the scores coming midway through the half in the shape of an excellently taken Tadhg Whyte goal.

Aided by the wind in the second half, CPR really took over proceedings, resulting in a 4-23 to 1-11 victory. Strong performances coming from Sam Dooley, Gearoid Maher, Conor Hoctor and the afore mentioned Tadhg Whyte.

The victory places us in a Munster Quarter Final vs. Mary Immaculate Dunmanway in the coming days. Well done to all involved.
