Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré Welcomes Students Back for a New School Year

As the doors of Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré reopened this August, the school community was filled with excitement and anticipation for the year ahead. The return to school was marked by a warm welcome for all students, especially the new cohort of First Year pupils who arrived full of enthusiasm and curiosity, ready to begin their secondary school journey.

The school was delighted to greet seven new staff members, each bringing a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and specialized skills to the Coláiste. Their arrival strengthens the school’s commitment to providing a holistic and inclusive education, and their contributions are already enriching the learning environment.

The school also celebrated the outstanding achievements of the Leaving Certificate Class of 2025, a testament to their hard work and the support of their teachers and families. These results open doors to exciting third-level opportunities and reflect the academic strength of the school.

A particularly heartwarming morning was shared with the Class of 2025 on the morning of Friday 22nd, their teachers, as they gathered to reflect on their journey and look ahead to the future. The atmosphere was filled with pride, joy, and a sense of accomplishment, setting a positive tone for the year.

Principal Mr. Jack Flynn expressed his pride in the school’s achievements and their excitement for the year ahead. With a renewed focus on student wellbeing, academic excellence, and community engagement, Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré is poised for another successful chapter.

As the school year begins, the entire Coláiste community looks forward to building on its strong foundations, embracing new opportunities, and continuing to foster a nurturing  and dynamic learning environment for all.
